Bio:
Corey holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Kansas and a Master’s Degree in
Teaching from the University of Portland (OR). Corey currently teaches middle Social Studies, Religion
and Art at St. James School in Madison. Corey’s basketball career began at Middleton High School,
playing for Angie Murphy and Jeff Kind. She was a member of the 2003 State Runner Up team and a
starter on the 2004 team that made it to the Sectional Championship game. After college she taught
High School Social Studies and coached basketball at Juan Diego Catholic High School for 2 years.
This is Corey's second year at the helm for the Oregon girls.
